Improve runs either as an on-premises installation in your own IT environment or in our Swiss cloud. In the cloud, your data is stored in Switzerland on ISO/IEC 27001-certified infrastructure. Improve supports you with AI directly in the system – including when creating processes and working with documents. You remain in full control: use the integrated AI, connect your own or a local model, or disable AI completely. Your content is not used to train external models.
